Maureen a leading health expert is Host of the CKNW SUNDAY NIGHT SEX SHOW a live educational listener call-in radio show on 980 on Sundays at 8pm. Maureen an RN and Nurse Continence Advisor talks the taboo educating men and women about sexual health, how it relates to overall health, making relationships the best they can be.  She is in clinical practice in Vancouver at Cross Roads Clinic in Vancouver and at Uromed in North Vancouver.

She is a patient advocate for health care issues and is passionate about raising awareness about violence against women. 

A 2013 YWCA Women of Distinction Nominee, Maureen also serves on the Board of the College of Midwives of British Columbia and the Women’s Advisory Board for the BC Lion’s “Be More Than A Bystander” Program. She is a long time Mentor with Minerva’s “Women Helping Women Work” Program.

Dr. Michelle Willis, ND was trained at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine after graduating from UBC and is a licensed member of CNPBC and the BCNA.  Dr. Willis has also been trained by internationally renowned Dr. Thierry Hertoghe in the United States - on Bio Identical Hormone therapies; including Estrogen, Progesterone, Testosterone, DHEA, Thyroid & Adrenal hormones.

Dr. Willis has a passion for optomizing both women's and men's hormones - believing it is one of the foundations of excellent health and well being.  She also belongs to The World Organization of Anti-Aging Medicine, The Bio Identical Hormone Society, and The International Hormone Society. The aim of Dr. Willis's practice is to help people achieve a better quality of life. This involves educating her patients and helping them achieve their optimal health goals. Whether it is increasing energy, supporting women in pregnancy, balancing hormones, improving sleep, improving & balancing moods, decreasing pain, improving digestion, increasing fertility, understanding emotional impacts on the body, or diagnosing and treating disease, Dr. Willis works to identify the cause and orients her treatment strategy around it.

Dr. Sarah Sjovold is a registered, licensed doctor of Naturopathic Medicine in British Columbia and she is certified by the College Board in Acupuncture and Chelation Therapy. She also holds a pharmaceutical prescribing licence in the province of British Columbia, a recent addition to the scope of practice for Naturopathic Doctors in BC.

She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology (B.Sc.) from the University of British Columbia in 1998, and later pursued a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine (N.D.) in 2000 at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. Throughout her clinical training she had the opportunity to work at the Canadian Naturopathic Medical teaching clinic in Toronto, in addition, to working as an intern at the Sherbourne HIV Health Clinic in Toronto.  After graduation in 2004 and completion of her licensing exams in 2005, Dr. Sjovold returned to her home town of Hope, B.C. to set up a small practice. In 2008, she relocated and joined the team of practitioners at the Family Health Clinic in Langley where she worked for four and half years alongside Drs. Ted Sleigh and Cathy Carlson-Rink, two highly respected and experienced naturopathic physicians. She has recently relocated and joined the team of practitioners at the Integrated Health Clinic in Fort Langley, B.C. where she looks forward to furthering her clinical experience and providing nutritional consultation for patients of the Cancer Care Centre.

Dr. Sjovold strongly believes that Naturopathic Medicine should be an integral part of any health care plan. Having grown up in a family that has always embraced alternative forms of healing and having experienced chronic illness herself, she not only has a passion but a deep appreciation for the art of healing. Her practice encompasses general family medicine with a special interest in women's health and pediatrics. Dr. Sjovold is a member of the Pediatric Association of Naturopathic Physicians (pedANP). Dr. Sjovold's empathy and intuition successfully enable her to assist her patients in attaining better health and well being.

Michael P. Bentley is President of SierraSil® Health Inc.(2004-), a natural health products company. Previously Michael held a variety of management positions at Canfor, before founding M64 Management, a consulting company. 

Michal also serves as a director or trustee of non-profit organizations including the BC Sports Hall of Fame, the University of BC Foundation, and the Canadian Forces Liaison Council (BC). Past Board experience includes two public companies and a number of non-profit organizations.  

Michael has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Science in Management from Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA. Michael lives in Vancouver with his wife Lesley.

Lyle Sunada graduated from the University of B.C. pharmacy program in 1990 and began working at Cloverdale Pharmasave as a pharmacist and is now the pharmacy manager. Lyle was actively involved with a 1998 study (SCRIP: Study of Cardiovascular Risk Intervention by Pharmacists) to show how community pharmacists can play a significant role in helping high risk cardiovascular patients with lowering cholesterol levels. Lyle has become the resident "Hormone Expert" and has recently earned his designation as NAMS Certified Menopause Practitioner.  Lyle is also a "Heart Health Coach" and can do heart disease risk assessments, complete cholesterol testing, and cholesterol management assessments.Read more about our very own Lyle Sunada HERE.
