Call2Recycle®, North America's most successful product stewardship program has been recycling batteries and cellphones since 1996. Completely funded by battery and product manufacturers, Call2Recycle has responsibly recycled over 70 million pounds of batteries. With over 30,000 collection sites throughout the U.S. and Canada, Call2Recycle and its many participants, including Cloverdale Pharmasave, offer a convenient, simple and no cost way to preserve the environment through battery recycling. Call2Recycle follows the highest safety and compliance standards, being the first program of its kind to achieve both Responsible Recycling® (R2) certification and e-Stewards recognition from the Basel Action Network (BAN).
